What a credit is
One credit is one successful session — one dollar — however many steps that session takes. Signing in, clicking through six screens, filtering, and downloading nine statements is one credit, not nine. The session stays open while the work runs, so a long job never costs more than a short one. And if it comes back with nothing, you are not charged for it. The rate is the same on every plan: $1,000 buys ten times as many sessions as $100, not cheaper ones.
