How Rindler handles your storefront, booking, and listing portals

Storefronts, booking sites, and listing platforms were built for one person with a mouse. Rindler works them for a team instead, so ordering, rebooking, and calendar syncing hold up across every property and account you manage. Built for property & STR managers, travel managers.

The manual grind today

Consumer sites assume one person, one account, one cart. Property and STR managers run forty listings through screens built for a single host; travel managers watch fares by hand; the weekly supply order gets rebuilt from scratch every time. Airbnb, Booking.com, Amtrak, Instacart are all checkout flows and dashboards designed for individuals, now worked at a volume they were never meant for.

Sync availability calendars across Airbnb and Booking for all forty listings.

Rebook the team's Amtrak tickets if a cheaper departure opens up.

Reorder this week's supplies from our usual storefronts.

What your team stops doing by hand

What Rindler does

Rindler goes through the same screens a person would, using your team's own accounts. A calendar job walks the hosting dashboards, lines availability up across Airbnb and Booking.com, and flags any double-booking conflicts. For a rebooking, it watches fares and, when a cheaper Amtrak departure opens, books it and hands back the new confirmation. A reorder goes through the storefront checkout the way any shopper would, then reports the order number back.

What comes back

Calendar conflicts, booking confirmations with the new itinerary, and order confirmations for what was actually bought all feed whatever tracker your team already runs. If an order or a booking does not go through, you are told that instead. Spending judgment stays human: your team decides which fare is worth taking, what belongs on the reorder list, and which listing needs a person. Nothing books, reorders, or changes a calendar without your team's instruction behind it.
