We go through the portal first
We walk the site before you ever use it, so a run follows a route we already know.
Rindler signs into the sites your team already uses and does the busywork of a room full of operators. Logins included.
Tell us the sites and the work. We take it from there.

Inside Rindler
Pick a site, say the job in plain words, and it goes and does it. No builder, no flowchart, nothing to configure.
Rindler does the work behind a login, on websites that have no API, and hands you back clean records.
We walk the site before you ever use it, so a run follows a route we already know.
For most sites you sign in on the real site yourself, and what we hold is encrypted and locked to that one site. On a few sites the login is tied to one live browser, so it is held per task.
The first run on a new site is where the work is. After that the same task repeats without rediscovering the site, so the clock only runs on the work.
Sites change. We repair the route centrally, once, for everyone on that site. You do not file a ticket and you do not pay for the repair.
Benchmarked against browser-use, an open-source agent. Same agent, same two grocery tasks, 38 runs, early 2026. The only thing that changed was whether it had a mapped site to work with.
Request to done, on a portal we run. No detours.
Clean records instead of whole pages, so the same task costs a fraction as much to run.
Steady, repeatable steps. The same task finishes far more of the time.
Before you ask
Sites change constantly and most changes never reach you. When one is big enough to stop a run, repairing it is our job, not a ticket you file.
Then we go through it. That's the work we do, and it's part of the plan rather than quoted as a project. Tell us the site and we'll tell you what it takes.
For most sites you sign in yourself and we never see your password. What we hold is encrypted and scoped to that one site. Some sites tie a login to one live browser, and there it is per task.
Both work until the page moves. A recorded click-path breaks on the next redesign, and it breaks on your side. Here the route through the site is ours to maintain, and the repair covers everyone on that site.
It runs, and every step and screen it saw is kept. A run that could not finish comes back saying so, with the portal and the step named.
We are not SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI certified. We do not claim certifications we have not earned. Send us your questionnaire and we will fill it in, and we will get your security team on a call with us.
Tell us the sites and the work. We go through them and get them running.
